My passion for photography is rooted in highlining. It's not just a picture of an incredible athlete; it's also a picture of a beautiful terrain being traversed by humans in places where no humans have gone before. My interest in photography derives from my passion for adventure activities. It's where my love of movement and freezing moments in time began. I focus on three key elements: the subject, the location, and the lighting. Some photographs are taken in natural light with a small amount of flash. Some are photographed in their natural habitat.
Everything on two wheels. Mountain Bike, Enduro cycling, Ironman, Downhill enduro.
My most recent venture into the world of sports is team sports and press photography. I am well-versed in the operation of Photo Mechanic and IPTC settings, as well as transmitting photographs directly over FTP. I've photographed the first division Bundesliga, Frauen-Bundesliga, UEFA Women's Champions League, and Men's Volleyball Champions League, basketball EuroLeague and Women's DBBL. My most recent work has been featured in the press on sites like RBB24,, Berliner Zeitung, T-Online, Sky Sports and Tagesspiegel. I am available for commission in editorial sports. Please contact me via the above channels on the right, or via my contact page.
This skating project was a personal endeavor I embarked on during the pandemic. It was critical for me to keep myself active and outside as a sports photographer. Some of the images in this series have won awards in photography contests.
From the trails to the city and everything human powered to get from point A to point B, I have covered it. Trail running, Marathon running, Ironman and your local lauf (run).
Muddy Angel Run, Xletix, HYROX and any other kinds of obstacle endurance events. These events provide some very exciting imagery full of emotion, sweat, mud and tears.
